I've always been drawn to the idea that the right learning experience can make someone's work — and their life — easier. Over more than two decades in instructional design, learning development, and project management, I've found that what I enjoy most is taking complex information and turning it into learning that people can actually understand, use, and feel confident applying.
Today, that approach defines how I work as a Learning Development and Project Management Consultant with Corey Consulting. I partner with small to mid-sized organizations to design and implement learning solutions that meet training, regulatory, and operational goals. My work spans eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led programs, always focused on clarity, practicality, and alignment with real business needs.
I work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify what employees actually need to know, where gaps exist, and how thoughtful instructional design can make work easier and more effective.
